Stream of entries for classic car and motorcycle sale

CLASSIC SALE : The 2018 Concours will be held on Sunday September 30th and will feature the Classic Car and Motorcycle Sale to give owners of unwanted cars made in 1993, or earlier an opportunity to sell them to enthusiasts. Entries are limited to 30 slots on first come first served basis regardless of the condition of the car.

Entries for the Classic Car and Motorcycle Sale are steadily streaming in for this year’s event which will be held in conjunction with CBA Africa Concours d’Elegance on Sunday September, 30th 2018 at the Nairobi Racecourse.

Among the cars on offer are a 1940 For Popular, 1983 Mercedes Benz 200T, 1967 Volkswagen Beetle and a 1970 Mercedes Benz W115. Entries are limited to 30 slots on a first come first serve basis regardless of the condition of the vehicle.

The Sale provides a platform for the owners of unwanted classics (made in 1993, or earlier) to offer them for sale to the enthusiasts who will gather at the Nairobi Racecourse for the classiest event on the motor sport calendar.

The regulations and entry form are available at the Bob Dewar Publicity office on second floor of Block G, Norfolk Towers, Kijabe Street and the Concours website www.concourskenya.com.

Some people may have a business interest for buying a classic and might venture into car hire for weddings and other occasions. Decrepit cars are also offered as a source of spare parts for enthusiasts who are repairing, or restoring their classics.
