Anne Langat is the ultimate winner of Username Christmas Campaign for a fully paid holiday trip for 2 to Dubai in the recently held draw. This is the second time a lady emerges a winner. In 2017, Dorothy Atieno emerged the ultimate winner for a trip for 2 to Dubai. The Campaign saw thousands of investors purchase land in cash for all the projects for a chance to enter into a draw and stand a chance to win. The draw was held openly where the winners were picked randomly from the draw box.
This two months’ campaign was run between Mid-November 2018 and Mid-January 2019 as an opportunity to help investors achieve their investment goals towards the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019.
Massive discounts were extended to clients to enable them clear their payments and stand a chance to enjoy their dream holiday destination. The projects on offer included Woodcrest Estate- Athi River, Graceland- Kangundo Road, Springfield- Nakuru and The Haven- Konza.
Anne Lang’at had invested in a project located in Graceland- Kangundo Road project paying in cash basis. The project is located at Kamulu-KBC Centre (Malaa) and 5.5km off Kangundo road. The price for cash investors was Sh.299,000.
Having emerged the winner, Anne has the opportunity to choose the dates she is willing to go for her holiday after which Username Investments will facilitate the travel arrangements.
The other winners included Ronald Maathai who won a trip for two to Maasai Mara. One James Okari also won a trip for two to Mombasa while other winners, Faith Wangari, Teresiah Nyatich and Stanley Mutuma picked gift hampers.
Kennedy Wakukha and Abigael Monchari won shopping vouchers whereas Willis Olago Obuola won a dinner voucher and Flabiu Emmanuel who won a SPA voucher.
