Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) has opened three new branches located in Baba Dogo, Kijabe Street and Kiambu town, as it intensifies its expansion drive in a bid to bring products and services closer to customers.

The opening of the three branches pushes DTB group’s branch network to 70 branches in Kenya and 138 across East Africa. This comes in line with the bank’s strategic expansion roadmap which entails providing quality customer service and easy accessibility to its diverse product portfolio.

Speaking at the opening, DTB Group Chief Executive Officer Nasim Devji said: “We are delighted to open three new branches today and offer our SME and retail customers an even more convenient banking experience. DTB’s growing network of branches represents our ongoing commitment to be closer to our customers and providing them with easy and convenient access to our services.”

“The new branches, targeting traders, farmers, and other business owners and retailers, will offer a wide range of innovative products and services to our customers in Kiambu and Nairobi counties, while also giving them a space where they can come in and talk to us as we explore ways of supporting each other.” added Ms. Devji.

The new locations will offer extensive products and services to customers including personal and business accounts, loans, supply chain financing, mortgages, cards and investment options. Customers will also be able to access their accounts and perform banking transactions through the Bank’s digital channels, while visiting the branch locations for personalized service.

Last year, DTB opened six branches across Nairobi, Mombasa and Kiambu counties in its commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. DTB continues to provide innovative banking solutions across its growing branch network for individuals and businesses through a ‘customer-first’ approach.
