To meet growing demand for motorcycles, tuk tuks and generators Car and General has opened a branch in Thika town. This is the Company’s 13th outlet and is located on Uhuru Street along Upper Road next to KRA offices.
Joshua Musembi, Car and General Thika Branch Manager, explained, “We are excited to open this new facility as it brings our products and services closer to our growing number of customers in Kiambu County”.

George Rubiri, the General Manager Consumer Business of Car and General said, “To supportcustomers the Company has made arrangements with Watu Credit to provide advice and financial assistance to individuals who want to purchase TVS motorcycles, or Piaggio tuk tuks. We have also partnered with St John Ambulance to promote road safety and post-crash care by donating first aid equipmentand training bodaboda riders with safety skills.”
